In case of any type of problem with one of our coffee machines we have a special procedure for our cuctomers. Simple the customer come to our shop with the machine and it if and it is possible we repair the machine at the moment . If the problem is more complex we contact the service and during the repair time the customer can use for free one our spare machine from the same category. Simply came to us and ... we solve !
